To achieve this, it's crucial to understand your team's language, technical jargon, and level of complexity.

This understanding enables us to convey complex concepts in easily understandable terms, resulting in a stronger communication bridge.

As leaders of teams and projects, we must realize that our greatest strength lies in delegation and in recognizing and exploring every aspect of our team: their work, abilities, motivations, limitations, ambitions, and risks.
